    Competitions: 

    Whilst a competition is running we will store any entries in a secure way. We will hold this data for the period of a competition.

    We will use this data to contact the winner. Once the winner is contacted and the competition is over we will delete this data.

    If you have entered a competition, we will not contact you about anything else.

    Talk To Us – Clip Recording

    We store all audio recordings securely.

    Station management, including directors have access to these recordings and will listen to them to check they are suitable for broadcast

    By recording a clip you give us permission to use the clip on Social media and broadcast. If you have recorded a clip which you would not like to be used please email info@tringradio.co.uk explaining the issue.

    Some clips may not be used and therefore the audio will be deleted.

    ENTIRE AGREEMENT

    These terms constitute the entire agreement between Tring Radio and you in relation to your use of this website, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

    GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

    These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in England for the resolution of any disputes.
